Anambra State Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists NUJ has
consoled the Anambra Broadcasting Service on the death of Chief Egbuna
Amuta, a Staff of the establishment before his appointment as the
Senior Special Assistant to Governor Willie Obiano on Media for
Grassroots Mobilization.
In a condolence message, the Nigeria Union of Journalists described
the death of Chief Egbuna Amuta as a rude shock.
The Union described Chief Amuta as a valuable member of the council
who contributed immensely to the progress of the Union.
The condolence message which was jointly signed by the State Chairman
of the Nigeria Union of Journalists Mr Emmanuel Ifesinachi and
Secretary Mr Emmanuel Udeagha maintained that the late Chief Amuta
left indelible footprints of wisdom, hard work and discipline in his
roles as a journalist, husband and father.
