The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has announced that its online portal will open for prospective corps members to compete their mobilisation registration from March 12 to March 18, 2026.
The scheme disclosed this in a notice shared on its official social media platforms on Friday, informing graduates whose names appear in the approved Senate or Academic Board lists submitted by their institutions will be eligible to participate in the online registration exercise.
The NYSC explained that the portal will be accessible within the specified period to enable qualified graduates to compete their mobilisation registration.
It further noted that only candidates whose results have been approved by their institutions’ Senate or Academic Board and subsequently uploaded to the NYSC portal will be permitted to register.
The scheme advised prospective corps members to visit its official website, and social media platforms to obtain detailed information and guidelines on the registration process.
NYSC also urged applicants to carefully verify their personal information before commencing registration to avoid errors that could delay mobilisation.
Also, the agency stressed that the names on candidates records with the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) must correspond exactly with those on the Senate list and the NYSC portal.
Graduates were also reminded to ensure that the names on the certificates or statement or results match their records, while applicants were encourage to confirm their details through the Senate list verification portal before proceeding with registration.
