The former Governor of Imo State, Senator Rochas Okorocha loses again to Imo State Government as the Federal High Court Abuja.
9News Nigeria gathered that the ABUJA high court refused to grant an order of Interim injunction to stop the absolute confiscation of Okorocha’s illegally acquired properties as contained in the White paper gazette by the Imo State Government and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Recall that Senator Okorocha filed the suit against the Imo State Government, EFCC and 46 others.
This development has turned out smiles on the faces of Imolites whose interest rallies on total recovery of state Properties from stolen hands.
