In Chief Barrister Olisa Metuh’s matter, Metuh was focusing on the legal angle of the matter EFCC raised against him, which he had believed that those allegations won’t stand any judicial interrogations.

But Magu led EFCC instead of following the legal process, invested in a Media trial against Metuh where he was painted as the man behind the entire Nigerian problems even when he has never held any government office.

The public believed their media trial which Metuh did not counter initially ‘media to media’. Their strategy was for Nigerians to just believe their media story against Metuh so that their Judge will hang on to those sentiments to pronounce him guilty. A strategy that worked for them, but Appeal Court said No!

Justice Okon Abang who has now entered the Guinness book of record’ in Nigerian Judicial as the High Court judge that Appeal Court has set aside most of his judicial pronouncements, Abang was brought to cement what EFCC has done against Metuh through their paid Media agents.

Indeed, the controversial Abang pronounced Metuh guilty inline with what events proved to be a script.

Yes, Abang who is today the Judge with the highest number of upturned judgments by the Appeal Court in Nigeria, again has his pronouncements on Metuh upturned like Appeal Court upturned most of his judicial pronouncements.
