Ondo State Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, has rewarded Super Falcons star, Tosin Demehin with N30 million and a House for her stellar performance at the 2024 Women’s African Cup of Nations (WAFCON) victory in Rabat, Morocco.

At a civic reception in Akure, Ondo State capital, the Governor also gave N15 million each to team Media Officer, Mary Akinsola and Secretary, Mary Oduboku.

“These honours celebrate our heroes putting Ondo on Africa’s football map”, Aiyedatiwa said.

The gesture underscores the state’s commitment to celebrating excellence and inspiring the next generation of athletes.
