Pandemonium has engulfed revered Ogidi Palace following accusation of the royalty’s involvement in the killing of one of the town’s indigines whose name was Chike Okoye Odu.
The Traditional ruler of Ogidi in Idemmili North Local Government Area of Anambra State, His Royal Majesty Uzor Alexander Onyido (Ezechuamagha) has been accused of master minding the killing of one of his subjects, a man named Chike.
In a video made available to 9News Nigeria by an eye witness to the gory incident, a supposed truck driver was thrown off a one storey building by members of local security authority at the order of the traditional ruler.
Some aggrieved members of Ogidi community were seen crowding in front of the traditional ruler’s palace in protest to the killing.
