Some members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), on Sunday reportedly defeated the All Progressives Congress, APC , in Wamba Local Government Area of Nasarawa State.
The defectors were led by Mr Isaac Haruna Wado and Mallam Haruna Mohammed Acbai and were received by the leadership of the governing party in Gitta electoral ward of Wamba.
A stakeholder of the governing party, Mr Fabian Mohammed who confirmed the defection in a Facebook post said it was to support the Chairmanship ambition of Mr Ezekiel Jagga.
