Nigeria’s opposition party, The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has sent a complimentary salutation to Nigerian Senate Minority Leader, Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe as he clocks 66 today.
The party in a communique shared on their official twitter timeline congratulates Senator Abaribe for remaining unshakable in fighting for the cause of the common man, particularly the oppressed and the downtrodden. He stands out as a voice for the voiceless and remains a source of hope for many in the quest for a just, equitable and democratic country.
They tweeted: “The @OfficialPDPNig salutes our Senate Minority Leader, Senator Enyinaya Abaribe, as he attains the age of 66 years.“
They said that over the years, Senator Abaribe has distinguished himself as a courageous leader, an exceptional technocrat, excellent lawmaker and fearless democrat, who stands for truth, justice, equity, fairness, the entrenchment of rule of law and democratic tenets in our country.
The party concluded the congratulatory message by adding a prayer for the indefatigable senator:
“The @OfficialPDPNig congratulates Senator Abaribe and prays to God to grant him many more fruitful years in the service of our nation and humanity at large.”
