Peter Obi’s Campaign DG, Doyin Okupe Resigns After Being Convicted By Court

The Director General of Labour Party’s Presidential candidate, Mr Peter Obi, Doyin Okupe has resigned from the position after being convicted by the court.

9News Nigeria had reported that Okupe was convicted for receiving 200 million which is against the Central Bank of Nigeria policy.

In a statement made available to 9News Nigeria, Okupe stated that he willingly resigned so that his conviction won’t affect Peter Obi’s Presidential ambition.
