The Plateau State Government has arraigned five suspects arrested in connection with March 26 killings in Angwan Rukuba, Jos North, marking a major step towards justice for the victims.
The suspects are Isa Ibrahim, Auwalu Abubakar (also known as Awwalu Dogo),Musa Abubakar Ibrahim (aka Yaroro), Ado Ibrahim, and Adamu Isa Alhassan.
According to reports the first four suspects are facing charges bordering on criminal conspiracy and terrorism-related offences.
Adamu Isa Alhassan, however, faces additional and more severe charges, culpable homicide, unlawful possession of firearms, and illegal arms.
The suspects were apprehended by security operatives between April 3 and April 10, 2026.
The arraignment signals ongoing efforts by authorities to ensure accountability and deliver justice following the tragic incident.
