The nigeria police have declared one Jacob Justice wanted in Edo state over alleged homosexuality and was warned by men in the area to stop the act
In a statement made available to journalists by sergeant Elliott Adodo, the police said Mr Jacob Justice was caught with his partner in his room performing homosexuality.
The statement added that Mr Jacob Justice was about to be arrested before we discovered that the said Jacob Justice had absconded to an unknown destination.
According to the statement, this person name has been published in some of the major newspapers and it is requested to you to give information about this person to prevent further crime in the society.
The statement reads,
Today being 15th day of January, 2015 upon an information received by the Area Commander surveillance section from a good Samaritan that one Jacob Justice (Male) who was born on the 14th of July 1992, was caught practicing Homosexuality and was wamed by men in the area to stop the act. The informant further stated that the presence of the police is needed for the arrest of Jacob Justice as he has been warned to stop the act, operatives of the surveillance swung into action, went to the scene and discovered that the said Jacob Justice had absconded to an unknown destination.
Efforts made by the surveillance unit and other tactical section to arrest the said Jacob Justice proved totally abortive as he is said to have absconded outside the shores of this country.
Furthermore, the said Justice has declared wanted by the Nigerian Police as Homosexuality is an offence punishable under section 342 of the criminal code laws and it is a crime against nature, the statend human in Nigeria. Hence, the report ACTION – CASE INCIDENT refered to surveillance section for the investigation.
