Port Harcourt Refinery To Resume Full Operations By December

Amidst news that the Saudi Arabia Kingdom government is in talks with the Federal Government of Nigeria to maintain four of Nigerian’s refineries, Mele Kyari says full operations will resume at the Port Harcourt refinery in December 2023.

Kyari is the Group Chief Executive Officer and managing director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited

Speaking at a meeting with the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Tajudeen Abbas, Kyari said the rehabilitation of the state-run refineries is ongoing and that by December 2024 Nigeria would stop petrol imports.
