Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari in the audience received General Nadeem Raza, Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
9News Nigeria reports that the event took place at the statehouse last Friday where the delegation of the joint chief of staff committee of the Pakistan republic paid him an official visit.
PRESIDENT BUHARI however reiterated that Pakistan has remained faithful and consistent in assisting Nigeria, particularly in the training of members of the Nigerian Armed Forces.
He reassured his gratitude and appreciated their help in this regard which was made known to General Raza.
He further stated that some of the Nigerian military colleagues trained in the country and in extension, Nigeria has benefited a lot from Pakistan.
BUHARI was very grateful and pleased to know that Pakistan equally values the country’s collaboration with them while promising to continue to cooperate and collaborate for the mutual benefit of both countries.
