ABOUT PROFESSOR OJO EMMANUEL ADEMOLA

Prof Emmanuel Ojo Ademola is the
Chair of the Governing Council at Institute of Enterprise Management and Analytics (IEMA).

He’s currently, a full Professor (Visiting), at the American International University West Africa, The Gambia (College of Technology and Management); as well as the member of the Governing Council since 2019 up-till-date.

He is a Pastor, and management consultant, A distinct leader and effective communicator – he is highly professional in all his undertakings. He is a proactive academic and has been internationally renowned in general management, cyber security, theology, information and communication technology (ICT), and management since 1990.

He has lectured and given seminars at colleges of further education, universities, and in many international settings.

He has been the Lead/principal examiner/assessor for the leading UK awarding body spanning twenty years. As a subject matter expert and consultant, Emmanuel has developed the curriculum for various institutions and awarding boards. He is a Chartered Fellow of multiple professional bodies of international repute, such as the CMI, BCS, Royal Society, Institute of Learning, Institute for Leadership and Management, and the Institute for Sales and Marketing Management.

He has maintained a sturdy dynamic as an exemplary expert in Education, Leadership and Management, Cyber Security and Information Technology Management, Communication, and Digital Economy, Intelligence and Security Systems Management, and much more; as well as in teaching and administration, communication, presentation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving. Emmanuel speaks fluent Yoruba and English. He is the first Professor of African descent to be a Chartered Manager in the United Kingdom.

He attained the Chartered Fellow status of CMI following the successful completion of the Chartered Manager Status in 2008.

In addition, Professor Emmanuel Ojo Ademola  has authored chapters, books, and articles in Cybersecurity, IoT, strategic and process management, and IT Management. He regularly reviews articles for highly reputable journals in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Internet of Things, Leadership and Management, and much more, with Taylor and Francis, MDPI, CMI, BCS, and others. Emmanuel is part of the specialist/consultant group for Health and Education of the Commonwealth Secretariat.

He has served in various chairmanship and managerial positions in public, private, and voluntary sectors in Nigeria, the UK, the USA, and other international settings. He is the Chair of the University of Ibadan Nigeria/Power-Age Christian College inter-border Partnership Project, UK. He is the current European Superintendent of the Christ Apostolic Church Nigeria and Overseas.

Professor Ademola is a

Governing Council Member, College of Technology and Management, American International University, West Africa, Gambia, an

Also, Prof Ademola is one of the very few international scholars in Education, Cyber Security, Security Studies, Leadership and Management with a Google Knowledge Panel (GKP). He is a Consultant to the British Computer Society, a chartered fellow of highly reputable Royal Chartered Learned societies, and a Member of the Royal Institute of International Affairs, Chatham House, London.
