Few moments ago the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN) paid a courtesy visit to the General Manager of Imo State Housing Co-operation (ISHC) in appreciation and acknowledgement of the projects and programs of the Shared Prosperity administration of His Excellency the Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma in the areas of affordable housing.
The visit which was led by the National Treasurer of the association, Arc. Ajaero, was necessitated by the need to identify and partner with the government of Imo State in the housing projects across the State. Of prominent interest to the association was the 100 unit housing per Local Government Area (LGA), a project embarked upon by the Shared Prosperity administration of His Excellency the Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma in order to supplement for the poor housing scheme across the state.
The Association acknowledged the commitment of the Shared Prosperity administration in the area of housing schemes. Recall that His Excellency had previously embarked on a 1000 unit housing scheme across the three major urban cities of the state. These projects seek to ease the pressure experienced by civil servants and Imolites in affording housing.
In response, the General Manager expressed appreciation of the partnership move by the association with the government. He assured them of government’s continued commitment in providing affordable housing for Imolites. The GM called on them to continue to offer their professional input in this partnership for successful and sustainable programs.
