The Commercial City Of Onitsha is gradually returning to it’s business status following the state governments relaxing of the lockdown occasioned by Covid 19 pandemic
Correspondent, Atseyinku Emmanuel,who went round the town, report that the town is busy and traders expressed happiness over the lockdown relax.
However dealers on materials that are not food stuff opened their shops against government directive
Some of the traders placed hand washing buckets with running water in front of their shops.
It was also observed that the popular Nkpor motor park that was closed few weeks ago,has reopened in full swing as vehicles of various routes we’re seen conveying passagers to their various destination.
The story was the same at the areas like upper iweka,Ezeiweka Road,Awada And Awka Road among others.
Commenting on the development,two traders Mrs Esther Ezeh And Rev Philip Emeka while commenting the state government for relaxing the lockdown to certain extent prayed for the total eradication of the Covid 19 virus through God’s intervention.
