Imo House of representatives member, Hon Sir Tochukwu Okere (Toska), has commenced another milestone in human empowerment across his constituency. This time again Toska has heavily embarked on healthcare for constituents sponsoring about 10,000 people into ImoCare, 9News Nigeria Owerri reports.
In a bid to improve healthcare access for his constituents, Hon Tochukwu Okere, the federal representative for Owerri Constituency in the House of Representatives, took this significant step towards enhancing the well-being of the people he represents.
Hon Okere is sponsoring 10,000 constituents into the ImoCare Health Insurance Program, a flagship initiative of the Imo State Government aimed at providing financial protection against health-related expenses.
By doing so, he aims to ensure that a significant portion of the Owerri constituency has access to quality healthcare services without the burden of out-of-pocket expenses.
This move aligns with the Imo State Government’s efforts to improve healthcare outcomes and reduce the financial strain on families as 9News reports.
Meanwhile, from our investigation conducted recently concerning Imo health care projects, the ImoCare Health Insurance Program covers a wide range of healthcare services, including medical consultations, hospitalization, and access to essential medicines.
