9news Nigeria has obtained pictures of a retired DSP, said to be Gamy Ugwu caught allegedly having $3x with an imbecile in Amufie Community in Enugu State.
In a video seen by 9NEWS NIGERIA, the man was stripped and paraded around the community.
According to an eyewitness, the family members have vowed to take matter to court.
