Sen. Magnus Abe has said that with a little push from the electorates, he will be sworn in as Governor of Rivers State in 2023.
Abe, said this when a group known as the Progressives Lecturers Network paid him a courtesy visit over the weekend.
According to the Governorship hopeful, power belongs to the electorates and not the leadership of any political party.
He noted that he has worked hard for the All Progressives Congress, adding that he is not far from the governorship seat of Rivers State.
Abe urged the Rivers, people, to support credible candidates that have what it takes to transform the state and deliver the dividends of democracy.
The Group promised to canvass for votes for the Ogoni-born politician to enable him to emerge as Governor of the state in 2023.
