Former Chief of Staff of the Rivers State Government House, Tony Okocha, has urged Rivers people not to worry about the party under which Sen. Magnus Abe will contest the 2023 gubernatorial election.
Tony Okocha said this during a sensitization program organized by the Progressives Rivers Students in Port Harcourt, Today.
He maintained that the former Senator, would be on the ballot in next year’s gubernatorial election and that nothing will stop him.
According to Okocha, Abe remains the best man to govern Rivers State, as he has what it takes to transform the oil-rich State.
He urged Rivers people to ensure they get their Permanent Voters Cards and vote for only credible leaders.
This comes hours after INEC released a list of Governorship candidates to contest the 2023 gubernatorial election in the State, with Abe’s name missing.
