Rt Hon Victor Ofobrukueta Celebrates, Principal Secretary to Delta State Governor, Sir Hilary Obioma Ibegbulem On His Birthday Celebration.
The Hon Councillor Representing Ward 8 Ethiope East local government Rt Hon (Pharm) Victor Ofobrukueta, had today extended his felicitation to the principal secretary to Delta State Governor, Hon (Sir) Hilary Obioma Ibegbulem on the occasion of his birthday anniversary today.
In a statement containing the message of felicitations, the Ethiope East Born, philanthropist expressed appreciation to the celebrant over the unflinching support and great work he has being doing to the youths of Delta State and Nigeria in general as they say building the youths, you build a nation.
