Former Bayelsa state governor, Senator Seriake Dickson has defected from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC).
Dickson, who is currently addressing a world press conference, said he is a man of conviction, warning that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is presently in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
He added that the country cannot afford to drift into a one-party state.
