Following the emergence of Governor of Imo State, Senator Hope Uzodinma as the new Chairman of the Progressives Governors Forum (PGF) for the next four years, former Governor of Abia State and Senate Chief Whip, Senator Orji Kalu has congratulated and described Uzodinma as the perfect Governor for the position.
In a statement released from Office of the Chief Whip on Thursday, Kalu acknowledged the robust experience of the Governor in leadership and public spheres of life.
He urged Uzodinma to fully utilize his leadership expertise in his new role for the sake of progress of Nigeria
He noted that in view of Uzodinma’e contributions to the All Progressives Congress (APC), his new position was perfect and well-deserved
“ The emergence of Governor Hope Uzodinma as the Chairman of Progressives Governors Forum (PGF) is not a surprise to me.
“This is owing to the laudable contributions of Uzodinma to the unity and progress of the nation”
While acknowledging the performance of Uzodinma as the Governor of Imo state, Kalu commended the Progressive Governors Forum for complementing the efforts of government in building a robust economy at the states and national levels
Kalu wished the Imo Governor a continued success in his noble role.
