An attempt to arrest and abduct the Chairman of the National Youth Council of Nigeria, Rivers State Chapter, Amb Ihunwo Chijioke, on his way to his house last night was resisted by some youths.
Amb. Chijioke is one of the PDP members standing for the State Governor, Sim Fubara.
