The Owerri West All Progressives Congress have endorsed the second term reelection bid of His Excellency Governor Hope Uzodinma to continue his good works in Imo State.
The endorsement took place in another thunderous dimension at the Irete residence of the Imo state Commissioner for Lands Hon Noble Atulegwu KSC, who hosted the crowd.
Our correspondents report that the gathering was a political long wavelength that it’s sound was heard all over the state. It was truly a peaceful resolution passed by the entire people of Owerri West APC to have adopted the Uzodinma’s November re-election bid.
Meanwhile, Owerri West, which is one of the Local Government Areas of Imo State, is not just a Local Government Area Council in Imo but also a major Local Government Area in Nigeria as it hosts alot of Federal and States Agencies Headquarters as gathered.
Speaking with Newsmen at the event in Irete Owerri West, the history of Imo State which is said to be the best Education State in Nigeria cannot be completed as it concerns Education without the inclusion of Owerri West as it host to both Federal and State Tertiaries, Hon Atulegwu hinted.
“It’s a non negotiable facts that Owerri West is the catalysts of Owerri Zone Politics and Owerri Zone is among the three zones in Imo State having Owerri West as the Seat of Power of Imo State and landmass.
“Today, the political catalyst of Owerri West Politics is being seen in One canopy under the host of an Umunwaoha Son, Hon. Noble Abiaso Atulegwu (The Honourable Commissioner for Lands and Physical Planning).
Hon. Noble Abiaso Atulegwu, who happens to be one of the political Kings of Owerri West and also a follower and preacher of the Shared Prosperity Government of His Excellence Sen. Hope Uzodinma, by such a thunderous gathering has truly brought APC more hope to deliver the Governor come November 11 Guber Election.
Noble Atulegwu has earlier described Governor Hope Uzodinma as ‘A God Sent Governor ‘ to Owerri West people, as he pointed out factual evidences that symbolizes his goodwill in the area.
The commissioner added that the 3R signature projects of the governor is a prove that Sen.Hope Uzodinma has love for Owerri West people and as much needs hundred percent supports from Owerri West population for his re-election bid.
The meeting which was under the chairmanship of Engr. Humphrey Umunnakwe, the APC chairman of Owerri West, APC Secretary Hon Emeka Okere and Ward chairman Hon. Chukwuma Ononiwu, and the other ward chairmen from the ten wards of Owerri West featured who is who in Owerri West.
The APC Imo State executive representatives, All APC Owerri West L.G.A Executive, All APC wards executives in Owerri West, All wards campaign Council Chairmen and all booth Chairmen in Owerri West, ten wards Government Laison Officers from Owerri West were all present at the Noble Atulegwu organized “one love” APC meeting held in Irete Friday.
The meeting also has in presence, the husband of the running mate (Deputy) to Sen.Hope Uzodinma, Barr. Ekumaro (SAN), as special guest of honour.

At closure, Hon.Noble Atulegwu Abiaso thanked the people of Owerri West for there sincerity show of love to him, as this showed that he is serving the good people of Owerri West and Imo State very well with his office.
The commissioner who convened the August gathering showed profound happiness and also promise to serve Ndi Owerri West better while assuring them of Governor Uzodinma’s re-election benefits to Owerri West.
Ekwueme Owerri West spoke and supported the call likewise few other friends and party lovers who made some donations to keep Owerri West APC moving.
Nekede , Ihiagwa APC were in full attendance alongside several youth and women groups amongst all other ward party followership as our reporters confirmed.
A resolution of vote of confidence and adoption of Governor Uzodinma’s re-election bid was the highlight of the gathering while leaders were charged to go grassroots to mobilize and replicate such APC gathering across polling units and wards.
