Governor Uzodinma of Imo state has assured the human rights of Ndi Imo will continue to be paramount for the Imo State Government.
The Governor who reinstated his continued commitment to the protection of human rights of Ndi Imo at the opening of the 2022 Imo Justice Summit at the Sam Mbakwe Hall of Concord Hotel Owerri, maintained that the human rights of every Imolite is sacrosanct.
He aadded that his commitments have been matched with actions in the signing of several human rights related bills in the State as reported by 9News Nigeria.
While recalling the reforms made by his administration especially the Administration of Criminal Justice Act, the Governor commended the choice of theme which is “Towards Effective Justice delivery System in Imo State”
He however assured of the commitment of his administration to work in synergy with the Judiciary for the greater good of Ndi Imo.
