Jermain Defoe has completed his move from Sunderland to Bournemouth on a three-year deal.
The 34-year-old agreed terms with the Cherries last month, with his Sunderland deal including a clause that allowed him to leave for free after they were relegated.
Defoe returns to the South Coast after 16 years and will earn £65,000-a-week
“It’s great to be back and I’m really looking forward to this challenge,” he said.
