The Supreme Court has affirmed the victory of Governor Abdullahi Sule of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in 2023 gubernatorial election in Nasarawa State.
Delivering its ruling on Friday, January 19, 2024, the apex Court dismissed the appeal filed by David Ombugadu of the Peoples Democratic Party ( PDP) for lacking merit.
The apex Court said Governor Sule was validly elected in the gubenatorial election held on Saturday March 18, 2023.
