The Supreme Court has dismissed the law suit seeking the removal of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu from office.
The suit filed by the Presidential candidate of the Hope Democratic Party, Ambrose Albert Owuru, sought Tinubu’s removal in the basis of Central Intelligent Agency and Drug allegations.
The Court on Monday held that the suit was frivolous and that Owuru be fined the sum of N5 million.
Apart from the N5 million fine, the apex Court ordered it Registry not to accept any frivolous originating summons from Owuru again.
