There is currently tension in Okigwe, Imo State after a 16-Year-Old boy shot a boy of 10yrs old to death in the presence of his mom.
9news Nigeria gathered that the 16 – Year-Old boy paid a visit to the 10-Year – old boy who lives behind a popular bar in the area called Apple Seed and asked the mom to talk his son.
According to an eyewitness, the woman not knowing he was going to kill her son, went ahead to summon the boy who was busy in the parlour.
On sighting the boy coming out from the house, he shot at him and absconded.
The eyewitness said : “It was such a painful scene that nobody could take pictures of the dead boy.”
However, a team of policemen stormed the area on getting the information, made some arrest and later left with the corpse.
According to our source, the killing is cult related.
