Fellow Nigerians, I welcome you all to this Noble platform with a mandate to garner support for the aspiration of our father, our leader, the juggernaut and the National Leader, All Progressives Congress, APC, Aṣíwájú Bọ́lá Ahmed Tinubú, the Jagaban of Borgu Kingdom and incoming President, Federal Republic of Nigeria come May 29, 2023.
As we can all read from the platform’s name, it is THE ASIWAJU GROUP (TAG). This Group is the brainchild of some Nigerians who yearn for continuity and consolidation of the legacy President Buhari’s administration will be bequeathing to our dear nation – Nigeria and Nigerians.
We will all recall that Aṣíwájú Bọ́lá Tinubú remains the only Nigerian that set the pace of representing every notable tribe in his cabinet during his sway as the Lagos State governor. The fact that he has influence across the major ethnic lineage in the country is an incontrovertible fact. It is the more reason the Group was created for this sole purpose of drumming support for the realisation of a Tinubu Presidency come 2023.
We want to seize this medium to welcome once again everyone. We believe everyone who has found themselves here is a diehard Tinubu fan. So, it is expected that we will keep the platform up and running for that sole purpose. The task of a Tinubu Presidency is an onerous one but it must be devoid of self-gratification. Everyone is important to the project at hand and The Aṣíwájú Group (TAG) will treat everyone EQUALLY without prejudice or bias.
