  • The Ajaokuta-Kaduna-Kano (AKK) gas pipeline was conceived in 1971.
  • The Anambra, Kashibilla, Zungeru and Mambilla dams were conceived in 1975.
  • The Lagos-Ibadan Expressway was conceived in 1978.
  • The Warri-Itakpe standard guage rail line was conceived in 1986.
  • The Lagos-Kano double standard rail guage was conceived in 1982
  • The Ajaokuta steel company was conceived in 1962.
  • The National Steel development was conceived in 1966.
