The family of late Senior Elder Walter Okafor of Umuleri, Anambra East Local Government Area, Anambra state has felicitated with their elder brother Assistant Inspector General of Police (Retired), AIG Paul Okafor (NNANYELUGO) and his wife, Chinyelu Okafor (OYILIDIYA) as they celebrate their 21st wedding Anniversary.
