The level of insecurity in our land has called for an emergency attention,an SOS to the government of the day to take security as a priority agenda.
In Imo for instance, 9News has it that residents of Owerri municipality, mbaise area, Nekede area, Izombe, Mbano, Okigwe, Nwangele, Egbema, Umuguma, Ikeduru, Owerri north and many other space may not permit to appear herein are seriously on tension following the high rise of insecurity bedevling them.
Yesterday, our orchard manager left Ihube, to Asaba to attend to some personal needs.
Less than 15minutes into the journey at Umulolo, their bus was attacked by some armed hoodlums . He was very fortunate to escape with his life . He told me that two families in their own private vehicles were not fortunate and got soaked up in a staccato of lead.
I have pleaded and written several creative posts on how the Governors of the South East can honestly , boldly and courageously pass laws and establish a properly documented, trained , armed and empowered security sheriffs in Ala Igbo .
A community based security architecture with the full force of the law that is funded, equipped and transparently administered through robust MCPPP architecture.
They can eat their JAAC and FAAC , but please the security of lives and properties of our people must count most . Please those , who are close to these governors should please beg them .
No one is rewarded for cowardly betraying his own people for fear of strangers. No one is awarded medals for stealing, looting , maladministratin and incompetency.
God please have mercy.
