Thinklab Group is set to build the Abuja Marina Towers, issuing in a new landmark in the infrastructural development of the Nigeria’s capital.
Along with NMA Properties Management Limited, Thinklab signed a Joint Venture Agreement on Thursday in Abuja, to commence the project.
The signing was done on behalf of the Abuja National Mosque Management Board.

Ustaz Abubakar Sadeeq Muhammad, who represented the Etsu Nupe, Alhaji Yahaya Abubakar, Chairman of the Supreme Council of Islamic Affairs, also signed on behalf of the Abuja National Mosque.
In a brief remark during the ceremony, Ustaz Muhammad emphasizes on the importance of Thinklab leading the project.
He said that the Group’s integrity, vision, and professionalism will ensure excellence and reliable results on the project, adding that its keen attention to quality and alignment with Islamic principles is a strong foundation for long-term collaboration.
In his address, Dr. Sa’id Alkali Kori, Chairman, Thinklab Group, described the initiative as a “milestone development and a sacred responsibility.”
Emphasizing on the importance of the project, Kori noted that it symbolizes both national development and a dynamic and long term legacy.
“This project is more than infrastructure—it is our contribution to a legacy, to the city, and to faith-conscious urban development,” he said.

Located at Plot 99, Cadastral Zone A0, along Samuel Ademulegun Avenue, the Abuja Marina Towers is designed as a 10-tower, 8-storey-per-block development.
Nestled behind the Abuja Inter Continental Hotel and adjacent to a tranquil river stream, the towers will rise next to the iconic Abuja National Mosque, blending modern architecture with spiritual and cultural sensitivity.
The project also combines premium commercial and residential spaces with cultural reverence and stands as a symbol of progress through public-private collaboration.
With the agreement finalized, construction activities are set to commence.
