A thirty year old man has been arrested for killing his Cousin over sexual relationship with his wife in Niger State Nigeria.
Report from Ahmad Muhammad, Niger State reveales that the thirty year old Tambaya Usman of Jaguwa village in Rafi Local Government Area of Niger State have been arrested by Police Operatives for killing his Cousin over sexual relationship with his wife.
The Police Operatives arrested the suspect on the first of this month.
The suspect claimed that the deceased twenty-eight year old Umar Musa have been engaged in sexual relationship with his wife twenty-two year old Hajo Gambo on several occasions.
He claimed that he reported the matter to their parents where the deceased was warned to stay away from the suspect wife.
The suspect in a statement by Police Public Relations Officer Deputy Superintendent Of Police Wasiu Abiodun picked a machete and inflicted cut on the deceased head on the day he caught him and his wife having sexual intercourse.
The Umar Musa later died as a result of the cut inflicted on his head by the suspect.
The statement added that the suspect will be arraigned in court as soon as investigation into the case is concluded.
