Actress and TV host Nancy Isime has announced that she will be staying away from social media as the new year begins.
9news Nigeria reports that the Nollywood star shared the update with her followers while on holiday in Mauritius, saying she wants to focus more on her peace and joy.
Nancy explained that the break will last for an unknown period, as she plans to stay offline until she feels ready to return.
She also wished her fans well as they enter the new year and promised to come back when the time is right.
She wrote: “Happy New Yearrrrrrr. It’s 2026 already here in Mauritius, so permit me to be the first to wish you a Happy New Year, my Loves!! 2026 will be the year of our dreams!! Aii, time to log off Social media till further notice, as usual. Let me focus on my Happiness and Peace, T for thanks. See ya when I see y’all. I Love Youuu.”
The actress, who is 34, has grown to become one of the popular faces in Nollywood.
She has featured in many movies and series, including the Netflix series Blood Sisters.
She has also worked as a TV presenter and brand ambassador, building a strong career in film and entertainment over the years.
