Tinubu, in a letter read on the floor of the Green Chamber on Tuesday May 6, 2025 by Speaker Tajudeen Abbas, urged the lawmakers to fast -track it passage to facilitate critical development projects in the nation’s capital.
Giving a breakdown of the estimates, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu noted that 85% of the total allocation would be directed toward completing ongoing infrastructure and development projects, while the remaining 15% would fund new initiatives.
