Troops Operation HADIN KAI have arrested a suspected logistics supplier of Boko Haram/ ISWAP terrorists along the Maiduguri – Gubio Main Supply Route (MSR) in Borno State.
Security sources disclosed that the suspect was intercepted at about 9:30 a.m. on Febuary 27 by troops of the 212 Battalion deployed at No.2 Gate during a routine stop-and -check operation.

The troops reportedly stopped an Ash-coloured Volkswagen Golf vehicle conveying one adult male and two male minors.
A search of the vehicle led to the recovery of items believed to be logistics supplies intended for terrorists elements.
The recovery materials included motorcycle spare parts, tricycle spare parts, water pumping machines, water hoses, six bags of grains and one mobile phone.
The two minors were later released to their guardian, Alhaji Ali Bukar, a resident of Maiduguri.
The suspect, along with the vehicle and recovered items, has been handed over to the 7 Military Intelligence Brigade for further investigation and appropriate action.
Operation HADIN KAI continues sustained operations across the North-East aimed at dismantling terrorist networks and disrupting their supply chains.
