The effect of the Coronavirus disease has obviously caused more harms than the Coronavirus itself in Nigeria as several individuals have lost their lives due to the implementation of this lockdown.

Just yesterday a lady named Tola Azeez was flogged by some policemen on her way to get some drugs and relief materials for her sick daughter.

Tola Azeez wrote on her twitter account on Saturday, narrating what happened to her.she uploaded a video saying:

“This is me being beaten by the police today on my way to get drugs and some relief materials for my sick daughter” In the video, two police men were seen lashing the lady with whips Coming from Babatunde Kokumo who happen to be the Osun State Commissioner of Police, said he immidiately ordered the arrest and detention of the officers caught in the video.

He made it clear saying he doesn’t support such act and ordered for immidiate investigation over the matter but before that the two police men involved in the act has been detained.
