“OPERATION KEEP UMUOMA NEKEDE CLEAN”
The Caretaker leadership at the rural communities in Imo state Nigeria have commenced serious work at various localities to synchronized the policy of Governor Hope Uzodinma to put smiles on the faces of Imo people.
Umuoma Nekede is an integral entity of Owerri West and Imo state government.
On this therefore, the evacuation of refuse and waste management in the community is a welcome development.
9News Nigeria authoritatively reports that Umuoma Nekede Caretaker Government ably led by PG Honourable Uche NWANERI and his executives are poised to develope the community having rolled out his working policy as captured in our previous report.
While speaking with the press, PG NWANERI has maintained that Umuoma will grow and the narrative of governance will surely change to better the land.
He added that the “Operation keep Umuoma Clean'” is a continuum while asking for more partnership and support from all and sundry to help the community Improve.
The traditional ruler of the community, HRH EZE MORRISON EKE, who visited the project site, however, commended the idea of “Operation keep Umuoma Clean.” The traditional ruler encouraged the Caretaker Government to keep moving forward to develop the community.
Hon. Chikadibia Okpe, councilor representing Nekede ward-7 who represented the local government Council at the flagoff, said he was highly amazed by the packaging and calibre of the executives of Umuoma Nekede Caretaker Government who he said are technocrats and leaders of note.
While commissioning the project in Umuoma, Councilor Okpe Chikadibia hinted that such evacuation and waste management is a multi million naira project and charged the community to support the caretaker Government and APC Government of Imo state.
The donors and supporters of the commencement of the project were appreciated while hoping to get more partnership.
Various groups of Community leaders, town Chairmen, Stranger elements and Youths groups showed total support to make Umuoma great again.
Meanwhile, Government work @the evacuation process in Umuoma Nekede Owerri West Imo state is the height of the occasion while more partnership from home, diaspora and stranger elements are expected to keep growing holistically.
The flagoff is a top notch.
