Reports reaching 9News Nigeria as at 8:00 PM Sunday Night of 10th May 2018 has it that an unidentified woman has plunged into Lagos lagoon via third mainland bridge.
According to response from eyewitness account, the woman pulled over and alighted from a Ford Explorer SUV with registration number APP 190 CE before jumping into the lagoon off the bridge.
In an amateur video made available to 9News Nigeria reporter, the car was completely locked with the deceased’s mobile phone and other belongings left behind inside the car.
Meanwhile, members of the Lagos state emergency rescue team has been contacted as well as the Nigerian police.
No information leading to any relative of the deceased has been made available as the police are yet to carry out investigations.
