UNN Recognizes UNESCO Laureate With Another Global Award

Apart from the previous awards conferred to His Excellency, Professor Sir Bashiru Aremu, the Vice Chancellor, Crown University International Chartered Inc.(Argentina, USA and Affiliate Campuses Worldwide) by UNESCO , The University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Nigeria has conferred another award on UNESCO Laureate H E Prof Sir Bashiru Aremu as ” World Acclaimed Distinguished Professor Emeritus” for recognitions of his contribution to the world at large.
The media learnt this from Professor Sir Bashiru Aremu in a letter to him by the University Management, through the Dean Faculty of Education, Professor Joshua .E. Umeifekwem commended Aremu’s Contributions to the Development of the society and humanity in general.
The letter reads in parts: “We are delighted to convey to you the decision of the Faculty of Education, University of Nigeria to confer to you an Award as of honour in recognition of your numerous contributions to society- as World Acclaimed Distinguished Professor Emeritus”.
” This award will be presented to you during the Faculty of Education International Conference which will be held on 25th November, 2020″.
