The Newly Appointed National Executives of the Iron & steel senior staff association of Nigeria (ISSSAN)paid a courtesy visit to the executives of South-South and south-east today at the Rivers State Secretariat.
In address the acting President of the Association, Comrade Kolawole MW appreciate all the states chairmen and coordinators of various units of the association, he also encouraged them to live as one to move the association forward, he asked all to beware of any violet and fraudulent act activities by the previous administration, that their time has expired as the National leadership of the association, that the body NEC has dissolved their leadership and appointed acting Executives to oversee the association pending when an election will be conducted
He warned against any transaction or signing up documents by the previous administration is fraudulent and it’s not genuine. That the term of Comrade Abdullahi Bello Itopa has expired “he added”
The Rivers State Chairman, Comrade Christopher Elemuwa, sincerely appreciate the Newly Appointed Acting National Executives for finding South-South, and South-East competent, that they promised to work in the chain with the acting executives, to take the association to a greater height of achievement, he said, they will support this leadership with all they have, to move along.
He said the Iron & steel senior staff association of Nigeria, mostly the Rivers State chapter is doing well and they are making a great impact, that is my longing for other states in the region.
Other state’s chairmen like Bayelsa, Delta, IMO, Abia, and Anambra also pledge their support to the Newly Appointed Acting Executives, they vow to work with them and to disregard the previous leadership, who were dragging the association to the mad.
