Federal House of representatives federal republic of Nigeria adjourned plenary to Thursday 14th, 2019 following a motion for adjournment moved by Rep. Peter Akpatason and seconded by Rep. Nicholas Ossai.
Before the above motion was moved, Rep. Shaba Ibrahim representing Kogi/Lokoja was sworn in officially at the house plenary presided over by speaker Femi. After the opening prayer, speaker went on to examine and approve votes and proceedings for Thursday 13th, 2019.
Motions moved were as follow:👇👇
- A motion on urgent need for the governing board of NDDC to be properly constituted in line with the Act governing the commission was moved by Rep. Hon. Nicholas Ossai and seconded by Rep.Victor Akinjo and was refered to the House committee on NDDC to report back to the House within one week.
- A motion on the need to ensure adequate timeline for Jamb registration moved by Rep. Zainab Gimbe and seconded by Rep. Soli was also adopted.
