Award-winning music star Wizkid has spoken for the first time on Nigeria’s upcoming 2023 elections.
Wizkid has over the years stayed neutral during election period in Nigeria. However, for the first time, the superstar states his true feelings about Nigeria’s upcoming elections in 2023.
The Grammy award winner reveals his true position regarding next year’s elections in Nigeria in a recent interview he did with The Guardian.
He expresses his displeasure about the whole political system and says that he won’t stand still as he is ‘about to go crazy on his assessment of this election’, referring to the upcoming 2023 election.
Wizkid equally laments about the age of the contestants vying for the position of President of Nigeria.
His full statement read: ‘I’m about to go crazy on their asses this election. Buhari’s tenure will be ending for good, and of the four men vying to replace him, the youngest is 60. All these old men are going out of power this time. They need to go to an old people’s home and chill out’.
