Whatsapp Conversation Of Nigerian Minister Intercepted At The UN (Photos)

The WhatsApp chat between Nigeria’s Foreign Affairs Minister, Geoffrey Onyeama and a lawyer, has been intercepted during the United Nations General Assembly in New York earlier this week.

A New York based journalist, Simon Ateba who was invited to the United Nations conference as part of his duty, intercepted the conversation (with his camera) which reportedly took place between Monday to Wednesday as president Muhammadu Buhari gave his address on Tuesday.

In the first conversation, the APC lawyer told the foreign affairs minister about the mode of primary elections the All Progressives Congress (APC) had agreed to hold.

The minister replied by saying “this is ridiculous” as he revealed plan to raise the issue.

The lawyer latter sent an article on APC releasing the mode of primary elections to be held in various states.

According to the journalist, other conversations between Nigerian delegates at the UN were captured – with some discussing with girls and others conversing on political matters.
