Our attention has been drawn, during our telephone conversations with one Ms Oyeniyi Kehinde Precious with phone number 08181419092 and other persons with numbers; 07040023096 and 09034259268 regarding their loan dealings with some online loan entities.
We understood from our phone discussions/chat with these informants/callers, that they have, some dealings with the online loan entity, trading under the appellation ‘LCREDIT’ and are into the business of loan disbursements and repayments, for some time now.
These callers further informed, that they received a final demand notice, purporting to originate from WhiteHouse Chambers, requesting them to, amongst others, pay up some monies, via the LCREDIT online app, or be faced with some trumped-up charges; whereafter they sourced our online presence, designated as: www.whitehousechambers.com.ng
We are by this disclaimer, informing our esteemed clients and the public that the firm has NO DIRECT OR INDIRECT relationship with LCREDIT or its affiliates and under NO CIRCUMSTANCES, shall the firm be liable for any damage(s) arising from and or in connection with any dealings, business relationships or transaction with LCREDIT, its affiliates or any of such online loan entities.
Therefore, anyone who transacts any business with the aforesaid loan entity/affiliates, does so at his/her or their own peril. Kindly speak with us via the phone numbers on our website or visit us at our office during working hours.
We urge you to urgently report such misrepresentation/suspicious activities to the nearest police station for onward investigation and/or your solicitors, for appropriate legal action.
