Governor Mai Mala Buni has granted an automatic scholarship to Musa, to pursue a degree programme in his dream field of study, architecture.
Musa is a fresh secondary school graduate. He graduated from Government Science Technical College (GSTC) Damagum and hails from Gaidam Local Government Area (LGA) of the state.
The young school leaver was presented to Governor Buni in Damaturu earlier this month to showcase and demonstrate a prototype Government House Complex that he personally designed using cardboard paper.
During the presentation, the governor was impressed with Musa’s creativity and passion for architecture and asked the Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Baba Mallam Wali to direct the State Scholarships Board in the state to do whatever it takes to secure admission for the school leaver to study his dream subject.
However, reports has not indicated whether the scholarship would be to study within Nigeria or foreign.
