Information available at 9news Nigeria desk says that APC is considering Former President Goodluck Jonathan as its consensus candidate ahead of the party’s primaries.
According to sources, former President, Goodluck Jonathan Held a closed door meeting with APC national chairman recently to fine tune this plot.
According to a source, The gentlemen met few nights ago as APC may consider him as the consensus candidate of the party for 2023 presidential election.
It will be recalled that, a group in northern Nigeria has purchased a nomination form for Mr Jonathan to contest under the platform of all progressive Congress [APC].
However, Jonathan has not declare his interest despite the protest that was conducted by some patriotic Nigerian who sees him as the potential candidate ahead of 2023 election.
Despite denials from his office considering this development, multiple sources told 9news Nigeria that Jonathan’s candidacy tops conversations amongst power brokers in APC.
